PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUK TELUR AYAM DI PETERNAK KAMPUNG NEGLARASA MENGGUNAKAN METODE SEVEN TOOLS KOMBINASI DENGAN METODE SIX SIGMA

Abstract

Quality controlimplemented to achieve established standards. Research conductedon chicken egg production by analyzing product defects and factors the cause. This research aims to determine the level of disability and what only the factors that cause product defects to minimize the level of defects in Subsequent production uses 2 methods, namely the Seven Tools and Six Methods Sigma was used in this research. Seven Tools results showed that the dominant type of defect occurred in white eggs (46%). Factors causing disability based on the fishbone diagram include: environment, people, methods and raw materials. In the Six Sigma Method the results are value The current DPMO for the livestock process in Neglarasa Village is production 1,000,000 units, then there is a possibility of defects of 294.72 items. And the sigma value on this farm is currently 3.77. So it can be seen that the quality control carried out is not optimal because the perfect sigma value is 6.
