FENOMENA CYBER BULLYING PADA KOMUNIKASI MEDIA ONLINE INSTAGRAM RAHMAWATI KEKEYI PUTRI CANTIKKA

The existence of technological developments has a considerable impact on people's lives, for example, with the social media Instagram. With this Instagram, the community has the freedom to comment on uploads from other people. Not infrequently the comments given by the community are classified as insults or bullying that starts with Cyber Bullying. One example is the bullying carried out by the public against Rahmawati Kekeyi
Putri Cantikka as evidenced by the many scathing comments on her personal Instagram account. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the phenomenon of cyber bullying experienced by Rahmawati Kekeyi. This writing will use descriptive qualitative research methods by utilizing various data sources, such as Instagram accounts, journals, websites, and other sources relevant to the research topic being conducted. The results obtained indicate that Rahmawati Kekeyi received various kinds of bad comments, in the form of body shaming from the wider community, both on Instagram and Youtube accounts that were installed.
