TIKTOK SEBAGAI BENTUK KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN PADA BETTER SWEET BY NAJLA DALAM STRATGEI DIGITAL MARKETING

Abstract


his study aims to find out how tiktok as a form of marketing communication on better sweet by najla in marketing strategy. The concept used in this research is marketing communication AND MARKETING STRATEGY. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a digital ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques are based on online observations. Observations are made on the activity of the Tiktok application media account @bIttersweetbynajla.The form of marketing communication is in the form of content that contains an explanation of how to make the box or dessert box.the marketing communication process for bettersweet by najla on the tiktok social media account is in the form of interesting content, the content is a dessert box or cake box inside the cake as well to attract the attention of the tiktok community bettersweetby najla also makes gold and distributes free cakes via replies to tiktok video comments that the audience or audience is interested and interested in buying the product being sold
