Abstract

Tiktok, which has many features and its rapidly growing presence, can now be used by anyone to do many things, one of which can be used for creativity to promote a business they have. This study aims to be able to find out and analyze techniques for using digital marketing in the @cicichania96 tiktok application. The concept used in this research is New Media. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a digital ethnographic approach. The data collection technique used by the researcher is by conducting online observations and reinforced by documentation. Digital marketing aims as the application of digital technology to create a channel that can be interconnected with consumers so that the wishes of the perpetrators can run according to their goals. The results of this study indicate that the @cicichania96 tiktok account uses digital marketing techniques, which can be seen from how to upload videos and do live broadcasts.
