Abstract

Ethics is commonly called morals, attitudes, norms, manners. Ethics is not only found in the family, but also in schools, the environment and so on. The term ethics comes from the word ethos which in ancient Greek has many meanings, namely the usual place of residence, pasture, stables, habits, customs, morals, character, feelings, attitudes and ways of thinking. In the plural the word to etha means custom. The meaning of the word by the Greek philosopher, Aristotle (384-322 BC), was used as the background for the formation of the term ethics and has been used to denote moral philosophy. So, if it is limited to the origin of the word, the word ethics implies the science of what is usually done or the science of customs.

E-Commerce is a dynamic set of technologies, applications, and business processes that connect companies, consumers and specific communities through electronic transactions and electronic trading of goods, services and information. In simple terms, e-commerce can be defined as the activity of buying and selling goods, services or transmitting funds or data using electronics connected to the internet. This e-commerce transaction is no longer a new thing in the country, in fact its development is very fast.

The research method used in conducting the discussion is a qualitative method, using data obtained through questionnaires.
