ANALISIS KAUSALITAS KOMUNIKASI TIDAK EFEKTIF DALAM PROYEK KONSTRUKSI DENGAN PENDEKATAN PLS-SEM

Abstrak

Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas material dan pekerjaan konstruksi (X1) serta pengelolaan dan koordinasi proyek (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas dan kepuasan proyek (Y), dengan nilai koefisien jalur masing-masing sebesar 0.890 dan 0.908. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0.946 menunjukkan bahwa 94.6% variabilitas dalam efektivitas dan kepuasan proyek dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel ini. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya perbaikan dalam komunikasi dan koordinasi untuk mencapai hasil proyek yang lebih efektif dan memuaskan.
