The employee's official house is provided by PT.Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III Palembang for employees who work at PT Pertamina RU III Palembang, this company prepared an official house for permanent employees which is managed by the HC (Human Capital) Workfoce is in charge of taking care of the official house, this company still uses manual mapping, which is using an image file, the Workfoce is unaware of the coordination point and The distance between home and office hoping it can put workers in official homes close to the office because some employees complain and asking for relocation because the workplace is faraway from home. The Geographic Information System is a solution to this problem where can be used as a fanning and data collection of employee official houses so the workfoce able to determine the place of employee official houses in the company at ease, The system that the author made can help an overview of the geographical information system of employee official houses at PT. Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III. The method used is UML Modeling (Unifed Modeling Language) where the author makes use the form of use cases, flowcharts, activity diagrams and observations. With this design, it can be an overview of the geographical information system at PT.Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III, geographical information system for employee official houses can help Workfoce in managing employee official homes in the future.References
