Abstract

This research aims to: 1) test the influence of price perceptions on customer satisfaction with Viviie Salon Kebumen services, 2) test the influence of service quality on client satisfaction with Viviie Salon Kebumen services, 3) test the influence of price perceptions and service quality on client satisfaction with Viviie services Kebumen Salon. Thiszresearch is azquantitative research, usingzpurposivezsampling of 150 respondentzused aszthezsamplezofzthiszstudy. Datazcollection techniques used questionnaires andzthezcollectedzdata were analyzezusingzmultiplezregressionztests. Thezresultszofzthe research show that: 1) Price Perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Viviie Salon Kebumen, 2) ServicezQualityzhasza positivezandzsignificantzeffectzonzcustomerzsatisfaction of Viviie Salon Kebumen services, 3) Price Perception and Service Quality have a positive effect positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction of Viviie Salon Kebumen services.
