The transformation that occurs is caused by the development of increasingly sophisticated and modern technology. This is evidenced by the emergence of online transportation in major cities in Indonesia, known as online motorcycle taxis. Since 2018 - 2022 the number of traffic accidents has increased by an average of 6.25% per year. The dominating factor in the occurrence of accidents comes from internal humans by 28% which is caused by fatigue. The method used is the Industrial Fatigue Committee (IFRC) method which can be used to measure the level of subjective work fatigue, Cardiovascular Load (CVL) method used to measure the level of objective work fatigue by measuring the pulse rate, Karolinska Sleepnes Scale (KSS) subjective method to measure the level of drowsiness. The results of the study using the IFRC method were 60% experienced high work fatigue before work and 67% experienced high work fatigue after work. Meanwhile, the results of research using the CVL method are <30%, which is not fatigue. In addition, the results of research using the KSS method were 77% experiencing low levels of sleepiness before work and 57% experiencing high levels of sleepiness after work. Suggestions that can be given are, make good use of rest time to avoid work fatigue.
