DAMPAK INTELIJEN BISNIS PADA KUALITAS PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN

Intelijen bisnis telah menjadi prioritas utama eksekutif di bidang informasi selama satu dekade, tetapi sedikit yang diketahui tentang bagaimana mengelola sistem tersebut dengan sukses di luar fase implementasi. Intelijen bisnis terdiri dari serangkaian strategi, proses, aplikasi, data, teknologi, dan arsitektur teknis yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mendukung pengumpulan, analisis data, presentasi, dan penyebaran informasi bisnis. Penelitian ini menyelidiki efek langsung dan tidak langsung dari kualitas manajemen intelijen bisnis pada kualitas pengambilan keputusan manajerial menggunakan analisis partial least square dari tanggapan survei manajer teknologi informasi senior. Hasilnya mengkonfirmasi hubungan keseluruhan ini atau efek total, tetapi juga mengungkapkan efek mediasi kualitas data / informasi dan cakupan solusi intelijen bisnis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi baik untuk akademisi dan industri dengan memberikan bukti pertama kali dari faktor penentu langsung dan tidak langsung dari peningkatan dukungan keputusan manajerial yang terkait dengan cakupan solusi informasi bisnis dan manajemen aktif informasi bisnis.References
