Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure that their manuscript complies with all of the following items. Submissions that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the authors.
    ● The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under review by another journal.
    ● The file is prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format using the official IEEE template provided by the journal.
    ● The manuscript is written in English, formatted in Times New Roman according to the IEEE template (Title 24 pt bold centered, Abstract 10 pt, main text 10 pt, two-column, single spacing).
    ● All figures and tables are placed within the text and formatted according to IEEE standards (figure captions below figures, table titles above tables, Times New Roman 8 pt, minimum resolution 300 dpi).
    ● References are prepared according to the IEEE citation style and cited in-text using bracketed numbers [1], [2], etc.
    ● The manuscript strictly follows the structure defined in the IEEE template: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, References.
    ● The manuscript has been anonymized for the double-blind review process.

Author Guidelines

A. General Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must be original research articles that have not been previously published.
  • All manuscripts must be written in English.
  • Use Times New Roman font as specified in the IEEE template.
  • Paper size: A4, single spacing, two-column format.
  • Manuscript length: 6-10 pages (including abstract, figures, tables, and references), formatted according to the IEEE template.
  • Abstract: 150–250 words, written in a single paragraph, in English only.
  • Keywords: 3–5 words/phrases, separated by commas.

B. Technical Requirements

Title

  • Maximum 12 words.
  • Written in Times New Roman 24 pt, bold, centered.

Author Information

  • Full name(s) without academic titles.
  • Affiliation (Department, Institution, City, Country).
  • Email address.
  • Format must follow the IEEE template.

Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract must be written in English, 150–250 words, Times New Roman 10 pt, single paragraph, without references, figures, or tables.
  • Keywords: 3–5 words, separated by commas.

Main Sections

  • Introduction
  • Literature Review
  • Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References

Figures and Tables

  • Figures and tables must be placed close to the relevant text.
  • Figure captions must appear below the figure; table titles must appear above the table.
  • All figures must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
  • Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively and cited in the text.

Equations

  • Equations must be typed using Times New Roman or Symbol
  • Equations must be numbered consecutively (e.g., (1)) and aligned to the right.

References

  • References must follow the IEEE Style Guide.
  • In-text citations use bracketed numbers [1], [2], [3].
  • References must be listed in the order they appear in the text.
  • All cited works must be included in the reference list.
