Abstract

Untuk mencapai efisiensi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi, pemimpin dapat menerapkan lima dimensi kepemimpinan berdasarkan McShane & Glinow, yaitu visi strategis, komunikasi, pengembangan anggota, pembagian dan tugas efektif, dan evaluasi kerja objektif. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan lima dimensi kepemimpinan di Divisi CSR PT. Bukit Asam. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketua Divisi CSR PT. Bukit Asam telah menerapkan lima dimensi kepemimpinan, sehingga memberikan dampak positif yang cukup signifikan, baik kinerja maupun reputasi. Dalam hal ini, ketua Divisi CSR PT. Bukit Asam perlu menjaga dan meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memimpin agar mencapai tujuan Divisi CSR PT. Bukit Asam secara efisien.
