PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN TRANSAKSIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI PT. PERTAMINA EKSPLORASI DAN PRODUKSI SANGATTA

Abstract

Salah satu aspek yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini yang menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 83 pegawai di PT. Pertamina Eksplorasi dan Produksi Sangatta, yang diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Proses pengambilan data menggunakan skala likert dengan didukung instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian dilengkapi oleh analisis data dilakukan dengan uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional menguntungkan, tetapi tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja pegawai dan kepemimpinan transaksional berkontribusi pada kinerja pegawai secara efisien.
