Apakah Kenyamanan Tempat Kerja Berpengaruh Terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai? (Studi Pada PT Bukit Raya Sekawan)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kenyamanan tempat kerja terhadap kepuasan pegawai di PT Bukit Raya Sekawan, sebuah perusahaan konsultan pertambangan dengan dinamika kerja teknis dan administratif yang kompleks. Kenyamanan tempat kerja mencakup aspek fisik seperti pencahayaan, suhu, kebisingan, dan desain interior, serta aspek psikososial seperti hubungan kerja dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif-verifikatif dan teknik sensus terhadap 18 pegawai tetap sebagai responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenyamanan tempat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya strategi manajemen yang berfokus pada peningkatan kenyamanan kerja guna mendukung produktivitas dan loyalitas pegawai dalam industri berisiko tinggi seperti pertambangan.
