The Techno-Socio Ekonomika journal is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the originality of every published article. Therefore, we enforce a strict anti-plagiarism policy by using Turnitin software for manuscript screening.

Permissible Plagiarism Threshold

  1. Every manuscript submitted to Techno-Socio Ekonomika will be checked using Turnitin to detect similarity levels with other sources.
  2. The maximum allowable similarity index is 25%. If a manuscript exceeds this threshold, it will be returned to the author for revision or directly rejected.
  3. Exceptions are made for properly cited quotations following academic standards and for the reference list included in the article.

Actions Against Plagiarism

  1. Similarity Index of 25-40%: The article will be returned to the author for revision and must be resubmitted within the specified deadline.
  2. Similarity Index above 40%: The article will be rejected outright with no opportunity for revision and resubmission.
  3. Severe Plagiarism (Self-Plagiarism or Duplicate Publication): If an article is found to have been previously published elsewhere or contains significant self-plagiarism, it will be immediately rejected. The author may also face sanctions, including a temporary ban on submitting articles to this journal.
