Access to Journal Content

This journal will provide open access to all of its content. Each article can be downloaded, read, copied, distributed, and cited freely while respecting the author's copyright and applicable license terms.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to all of its content based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports broader global knowledge exchange. Authors retain full copyright over their scientific work while granting the journal permission to publish and distribute it under an agreed open license, such as Creative Commons or an equivalent license.

User Registration

Users can register with this journal in one or more of the following roles:

1. Reader – will receive periodic notifications and this registration is equivalent to a subscription.
2. Author – can submit manuscripts, monitor the peer review process, and obtain information about the status of submitted manuscripts.
3. Reviewer – participates in the peer review process in accordance with the applicable ethical guidelines and review policies.
4. Editor/Manager – manages manuscripts, ensures the quality of the publication process, and maintains scientific publication ethics standards.

General User Terms

All registered users are expected to:

1. Maintain the confidentiality of account data and personal information.
2. Comply with the privacy policy and code of ethics established by the journal manager.
3. Use journal content only for scientific and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise stated in the license.
