Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA) dirancang dan dibangun secara khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan universitas yang menginginkan layanan pendidikan terkomputerisasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas terhadap kinerja, layanan, dan daya saing dari Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Universitas Sangga Buana Yayasan Pendidikan Keuangan dan Perbankan (USB YPKP) menggunakan SIA yang dilaksanakan oleh Pusat Data dan Informasi (PUDI) sebagai sector utamanya. Sistem ini sudah meliputi alur perkuliahan diantaranya mata kuliah, kalender akademik, penjadwalan kuliah, data mahasiswa, KRS mahasiswa, nilai mahasiswa, KHS mahasiswa, sampai dengan penjadwalan dosen. Akan tetapi, masih belum cukup parameter pengukuran terhadap penggunaan SIA pada universitas tersebut. Pada penelitian ini diajukan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk mengukur penggunaan SIA yang sebenarnya oleh dosen USB YPKP. Hasil kajian penelitian pada proses akhir yaitu niat perilaku menggunakan sistem ternyata tidak dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan SIA yang sebenarnya bagi dosen USB YPKP. Penelitian ini memaparkan niat subjektif terhadap perilaku objektif dosen untuk terlibat langsung dalam interaksi aktual dengan SIA yang telah diterapkan pada USB YPKP
